This is a very short post because it’s just to acknowledge a really interesting piece on ecological grief by Megan Mayhew Bergman in The Guardian.

Seeing this in a major media outlet inspired me to make some changes to my own website to highlight the role of ceremony in ecological or climate grief. I think that celebrants have an important part to play in making this more common and more accessible. I rewrote my web page on this strand of my work and I’m always keen to collaborate with other celebrants and ceremony makers in Scotland or further afield.

Don’t hesitate to contact me if you’d like to chat about ways to mark environmental losses.
