Thank you for your feedback – it is very much appreciated and will always help me to improve the work I do as a funeral celebrant.

How do you begin to cope with the loss of a close family member….my father…answer not very well. Trying to navigate around your complete sense of loss and also try to plan the best send off you can to celebrate his life.
The thought of sharing your memories and your grief with a stranger is very difficult. From the first communication with Michael he gave us a real sense of empathy and warmth. He welcomed our stories of ‘Dad’….encouraged our emotions to flow. As soon as Michael came into our home he created a lovely open environment for us to openly share our ‘life with dad’….our memories. He carefully listened and created a beautiful eulogy to read and share to our friends and family for Dad’s final send off.
We will forever be grateful to Michael and his professionalism and care.
